RO Water Plant for Industry, School, College, Hotel, IT Sector, Hospital & more from Mahima Pure
Mahima pure offers a unique range of Industrial reverse osmosis (Industrial RO / Commercial RO) water treatment plant in Kerala, catering to a wide array of customs from small and medium size industrial and commercial enterprises.
Our Industrial RO water filters or Industrial Reverse Osmosis are designed to provide an output range of 1000 – 50000 LPH of clean potable water, of highest quality, as per international NSF standard.
Water Quality of Kerala for Industrial use
Kerala state is situated on the Malabar Coast, in the south-west region of INDIA. Kerala is also known as god’s own country and is bordered by Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep Sea. Kerala has 44 rivers coming from the western ghats. Arabian sea is amongst the 41 rivers and 3 rivers flow towards the east and fall in the Bay of Bengal. Although the Kerala receives the maximum rainfall, but still it has the worst drinking water quality. Thus, RO Water Treatment/Purifier Plant is a must for big manufacturing and industrial plants in Kerala to get the continuous supply of pure and soft water and of course, Mineral Water Plant can not even think of supply of clean and pollution free water without RO Water Plant.

We manufacture integrated industrial ro water filters comprising of pre and post conditioning modules, such as multi-media filters, water softeners, carbon filters and TFC membrane filters which are pre tested and supplied as a combined unit. However we also supply our units with pre conditioning modules as per the specific requirement of the user.
All our industrial reverse osmosis water purifiers are carefully customized and configured to suit the individual requirement of the output water, which varies from normal drinking application to the specific usage, such as pharma and food processing requirement. This is done through an in depth and complete chemical analysis of the feed water available to us in specific location
5000 & 8000 LPH RO Plant
Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) System 5m3 (5000 LPH)/ 8m3 (8000 LPH): Treatment for Reduction of TDS The Scheme proposed in this section is as follows:
- Cartridge Filter
- High pressure pump
- R.O. Block
The water is passed through the cartridge filter to bring down the SDI below acceptable limits for the R.O. membrane. The cartridge filters also takes care of any foreign particles and prevent it from going to high-pressure pump and chocking of membrane. Then the water is pumped by means of High Pressure pumps through the R.O. blocks wherein the major quantity of dissolved salts is rejected in the reject stream and almost pure water comes out through Permeate stream.
The major components of the R.O. system are as follows:
- Cartridge Filter
- High Pressure Pump
- RO Block
- Membranes
- Pressure Tubes
- Instrumentation for RO
- R.O. Membrane Cleaning System (On demand/Optional)
- MCC Panel for RO Block
- Electrical Cable
- Interconnecting Pipes, Valves & Fittings
- Dosing Systems (Anti-scaling)
RO Water Treatment Plant for Industries/Manufacturing Units and how polluted water can damage the machines
The purifier plant can not only clean chemicals from water but also removes the hardness in water making it perfect for industrial use.
- Water pumping machine can easily get damaged because of excessive impurities and contamination of water, caused by chemicals, some unwanted characteristics, dust and metals. Polluted water may stay at a place and can rust the steel.
- Polluted water can damage the pipes and machines. Polluted water causes rusting of iron that can damage the pipe as well as machine parts.
Regular clean up of pipes can reduce the chances of damage in the pipe but increase the cost of maintenance at the same time but never guarantees that good maintenance can stop erosion of metal and machines due to supply of poor quality water, so it is recommended that industries and manufacturing plants must have an efficient RO Water Plant/Treatment Plant to ensure a continuous supply of pure water. Mahima Pure as a RO Water Treatment Plant Manufacturer in Kerala can help industries in getting continuous supply of clean water.
RO Plant for Mineral Water Bottling Plant
Mahima Pure is the expert in the field of Mineral Water Bottling Plant. We can manufacture/design customized Mineral Water Plant of size that may exceed from 1000 LPH to 50000 LPH or even more. We understand the water quality and thus as per requirement, we can easily guide our customers as per their requirement.
We very well know that RO i.e reverse osmosis is an old concept but with the use of high quality accessories, spares and experienced staff we design the best quality water plants.
5 Stages of Water Purification with the help of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant
RO i.e. Reverse Osmosis technique of water filtration is a process that forces a solvent from concentration of high solute region all the way through a semi permeable membrane to the concentration of the low solute region by applying high osmotic pressure. The impurities that gathered is flushed out afterwards. RO plants help in removing the dissolved impurities such as rust, salt, bacteria, chemicals, heavy metal and other organic matter.
There are numerous methods through which water can be made drinkable, but the best amongst them is Reverse Osmosis. There are many RO systems with a number of stages, but the best one is the 5 stage water purification because through this we can get the purest water.
- Stage 1: In this stage the sediments presents in the water are removed. For removing the sediments, 5-micron filter is used so that the membrane is not damaged and at the same time sediments are also suspended
- Stage 2: In this stage Granual activated carbon filter is used to remove harmful organic chemicals along with chlorine so that they do not harm the human body. This stage reduces the odor, color and taste of water.
- Stage 3: In this stage 5 micron Carbon Block Filter is used to remove some unwanted characteristics from the water. In this 3rd stage all the contamination present in water is removed, making it almost clean to drink.
- Stage 4: In this stage the water passes through 2 RO membrane that removes all contamination from the hard water present in it such as lead, copper, sodium, cadmium and so on. Impurities are drained out completely and clean water is separated from it.
- Stage 5: The final stage is post filtration stage. It is the most essential step that removes bacteria, chemical and odor that is left even after the 3rd and 4th stage and provide us with quality water.
